In our industrial sawmill for stone materials, the GRANITE (OR MARBLE) BLOCKS coming from the Sardinia's Quarries and not only that, they are transformed into slabs of the desired thickness starting from a minimum of 2cm.
From stone block sawing to final product
We offer a third-party sawing service or the purchase of slabs already in our warehouse.
The current structure composed of 2 traditional blade frames, 630 cm and 450 cm, as well as a diamond wire machine for cutting the blocks, guarantees us a production of approximately 10,000 m2 of slabs per month with impeccable cutting and precision on the final work, trying to minimize or exclude waste of stone material. The SAWING process is only the first step towards the creation of the finished product; once sawn, the granite slabs move on to the next phase where they are polished, flamed, brushed or aged depending on the customer's requests.
